Rule 109
Duties and Duties of Head of Office
(1) In addition to the work and duties mentioned elsewhere in the Act and this regulation, the work and duties of the head of office related to financial administration shall be as follows:-
(a) If the current head of the office is present, to do the debriefing according to this regulation,
(b) When the transfer is promoted, prepare the account of the income and expenses of his tenure, the account of the beruju, the status of the action of the beruzu, and the financial, material and manpower of the office and submit it to the current one,
(c) To keep accounts of government funds received in the office, send reports and bear responsibility for all financial transactions of the office,
(d) To make arrangements for control so as not to cause any damage to the cash of the office,
(e) To maintain financial discipline in the office,
(f) To comply with this regulation and other prevailing laws related to economic administration,
(G) To give timely answers to the findings of the audit and follow up on whether or not there has been any fraud, and if the answers or evidence provided are not found to be false, to resubmit them and make them false.
(2) The head of the office shall bear the responsibility of paying the amount of expenses decided without taking the opinion of the head of the financial administration branch or against the opinion of the head of the office while conducting financial transactions. In the case of penning the amount given by the Head of Economic Administration Branch, he shall also bear joint responsibility.
